Predictable licensing. No surprises.

Enterprise licensing from $18,000/year - flat annual fee, everything included. No per-call charges. No consumption tiers. No module add-ons.

Enterprise plans

Zerq is licensed per deployment environment on an annual flat-fee basis. One license covers the complete platform - gateway, workflow builder, developer portal, role-based access, audit trail, observability, AI agent access, and Zerq Copilot.

There are no extra modules to buy and no usage-based charges that grow with your traffic. Contact us with your environment count and deployment requirements and we will provide a proposal within 3 business days.

  • Flat annual fee - costs do not scale with API call volume or partner count
  • Full platform included - gateway, workflows, portal, audit, AI agent access, Copilot
  • On-premises, hybrid, air-gapped, or cloud - your choice, no extra charge
  • Dedicated support and premium SLA included in all plans
  • No vendor lock-in - your configuration and data stay in your environment
  • Security questionnaire and compliance documentation included for regulated industries

Not ready to commit? Start with a proof of concept.

A 60-day paid proof of concept gives your team full platform access in a non-production environment - including guided onboarding, an architecture review, and access to every feature including AI agent access and Zerq Copilot.

The full POC fee is credited toward your first annual license if you proceed. This is designed for enterprise procurement cycles that require a formal evaluation period before annual contract approval.

What's included

All plans include these capabilities. They are not sold separately.

AI agent access

AI tools and agents connect through the same gateway as your apps with the same credentials, access controls, and audit trail. Native MCP support for AI agent access and platform automation.

This is what separates Zerq from Kong, Apigee, and most other gateways.

Core API management

Full lifecycle API management, developer portal with partner self-service, spec import/export, routing, versioning, and drafts/publishing workflow.

Partners get passwordless sign-in, try-it-in-browser, and scoped API discovery.

Visual workflow builder

No-code backend logic for conditional routing, request/response transformation, multi-backend aggregation, error handling, and retries.

Your operations team can own workflow logic without maintaining custom gateway code.

Security and access control

Role-based access with separation of duties, SSO and enterprise authentication (OIDC, SAML), JWT, mTLS, and API key support, plus IP allowlists and credential controls.

Includes key rotation and secrets manager integration (for example HashiCorp Vault).

Observability and audit

Full audit trail for every API request and configuration change, Prometheus metrics, structured JSON logging, and real-time dashboards.

Filter by partner, product, and time range and integrate with your SIEM using a dedicated audit role.

Frequently asked questions

How is Zerq priced - per user, per call, or per environment?
Per environment. A deployment environment is one running instance of the Zerq platform (for example production, staging, development). There are no per-user seats and no per-call or consumption charges. Your cost is fixed regardless of API traffic volume.
What's the starting price?
Enterprise licensing starts at $18,000/year for a single production environment. Multi-environment and enterprise plans scale from there. Contact us for a proposal based on your specific requirements.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 60-day proof of concept at a fixed fee, which includes guided onboarding and full platform access. The full amount is credited toward your first annual license. This is designed for organisations that need a formal evaluation period before committing to an annual contract.
What does "security and compliance guidance" include?
All plans include a completed security questionnaire response pack, data flow documentation, deployment architecture diagrams, and a vendor security assessment document for compliance and procurement review. Enterprise plans also include a dedicated security review call.
Can we run Zerq air-gapped or in a sovereign cloud?
Yes. Air-gapped and fully offline deployment is supported with no changes to the platform or its capabilities. Mention your deployment requirements when you contact us and we will confirm compatibility.
Do you offer multi-year or government pricing?
Yes. Multi-year contracts are available with discounts, and we offer dedicated pricing and procurement support for government, public sector, and defence organisations, particularly in the GCC region.
